Quick And Easy Ways To Keep Your Bouquets Fresh

Whether it is fresh cut flowers or a flower arrangement from your local florist like York Flowers, what you do can make a difference at how your flowers will last.
It is good to check the water level when you receive your flowers. Sometimes in delivery, water gets displaced and before you know it, water has spilled into the box!. Make sure to top off your water every day if possible.
Many times we cut with scissors because it is the closest one to us. A dull pair of scissors can crush the micro ducts where flowers absorb their water. You are better off with a shard unserrated knife if you don't have clippers or pruning shears.
Bacteria is your flowers' enemy! There is a reason why we add this to your designs.
Sun is beneficial for plants, not cut flowers. Leave the window sill for the succulents :)
