Creating Lasting Impressions with Fresh Flowers:
We understand that your flowers carry a special message, and we're committed to delivering them looking fresh and beautiful, on time. However, due to factors like seasonality and regional availability, sometimes we may need to substitute certain blooms.
Rest assured, any substitutions we make will be of equal or greater value. We'll carefully consider the overall design of the arrangement, including the shape, size, style, and color palette, to maintain the intended look and feel.
Here's a breakdown of how we handle substitutions:
• Single-Variety Arrangements: If you order a specific flower color (like yellow daisies), we might substitute a different color of the same flower instead of using a different type of flower altogether.
• Color Variations: Similar colors within a flower type can be interchanged. For example, white and cream roses, or peach and pink roses, might be substituted for each other.
• Color Palettes: Sometimes, specific flower colors might not be available, so we might need to substitute with colors that complement the overall color scheme.
Our goal is to always create a stunning arrangement that reflects your sentiment. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask!
Bringing Joy with Flowers (and Maybe Balloons!)
We love adding balloons to brighten someone's day! However, some hospitals may have restrictions on balloons due to safety concerns.
Here's what to keep in mind:
• Our balloons are air-filled, lasting much longer than helium-filled balloons. This ensures your gift brings a smile for days!
• Hospital policies on balloons can vary. We recommend checking with the hospital beforehand if including balloons with your flower arrangement is important to you.
Plants
Similar plants may be substituted for green and blooming plants of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute it with another color. Containers for plants will vary by availability.
Gift Baskets
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Events and Custom Orders
We want to ensure your flowers arrive exactly as you envisioned them! However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances like flower availability or weather conditions might require substitutions. Rest assured, we'll only do this as a last resort and any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
Making Changes to Your Order
To ensure everything goes smoothly, any additions or changes to your order after the final payment (30 days prior to your event) will be invoiced immediately and charged to the credit card on file.
Here's a breakdown of how we handle changes:
• Adding Items: We're happy to accommodate additions as long as supplies allow.
• Removing Items: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for items removed as the flowers may already be purchased. However, we'll use these flowers to upgrade other arrangements, ensuring nothing goes to waste!
Changes Within 14 Days
We understand things can change, but changes made within 14 days of your event date can't be guaranteed. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to discuss your request and see how we can best accommodate you.
