General Delivery Information
Same-day orders must be placed before 12 PM Monday-Saturday. We deliver from 9 AM- 5 PM. Businesses will be delivered before 5 PM unless an express delivery package is requested. If your recipient is only available at select times of the day, we highly suggest choosing an express delivery option to guarantee your delivery time.
Phone numbers are mandatory for deliveries to all Federal Buildings. Please note that incorrect or incomplete information may cause delayed delivery of your special gift. Deliveries outside the United States require 24 to 48-hour advance notice (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Hospital and Funeral home deliveries will be delivered to the respective floral receiving areas. The delivery of the flowers will ultimately be made by hospital or funeral home personnel.
In-Store Pick Up: There is no delivery charge for arrangements that are picked up at our stores: 5023 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016 and 420 Chinquapin Round Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401
DC Metro Area Delivery
We deliver to Washington D.C., Suburban Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas Monday - Saturday. The standard delivery charge is $14.95 for nearby zip codes except for holidays. Rush deliveries or deliveries by a specific time can be made with at least a two-hour advanced notice for a $10 additional fee. Please call (202) 363-1150 to place your rush delivery orders.

Redelivery
If we were given inaccurate information for the delivery (wrong address or the recipient has moved), a redelivery fee will be added to the order for a second trip either the next day or for a future date.
Delivery in North America
We will deliver your gift in North America (U.S. & Canada) via our select network of florists who share ourcommitment to superior quality and customer service. Orders we receive Monday - Saturday by 9:30 am (EST) can be delivered the same day throughout North America. To ensure timely delivery of your order, we request the second choice of gift ("seasonal/mixed flower arrangement" etc.). Specific flowers, colors, and varieties are not always available nationwide. There is a $14.95 service/delivery charge on each order placed for delivery in North America.
International Delivery
York Flowers offers worldwide delivery of floral gifts for your convenience. Please try to be very general withyour gift request (i.e. "one dozen roses" or "wrapped flower bouquet" etc). The second choice of gift is strongly recommended to ensure no delay in the delivery of international orders. Please allow at least 24-48 hours from the time you place the order for our florist to make your delivery. A $21.99 service charge is applied to all international orders. Satisfaction Guarantee
York Flowers guarantees your satisfaction on every order you place with us. We value your feedback and encourage you to call or email, mail, or come into our store and give us your positive or negative comments about your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your order and we will gladly replace it or give you a credit for future use.
Electronic Delivery Confirmation
By providing our staff with your personal email address, our efficient drivers will send you delivery confirmation by email of your personalized gift.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to delivery. All cancellations and/or credit card charges are subject to a 10% credit card transaction retainer. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% retainer.
